During building renovations an alley and a fire escape became the temporary main entrance to the Witte de With. Rubber was poured out of the top floor window above the fire escape. It oozed out the window and down the wall onto the alley floor below covering it like a large solidified puddle. Fog filled the alley below the 1st floor. Flowers were planted in window boxes on the landing between 1st & 2nd floors.
